With extensive experience in sports psychology, Grant has worked with golfers ranging from promising juniors to collegiate athletes and tour professionals. His proven methodology helps players master the most challenging aspects of golf: managing tournament pressure, recovering from setbacks, and performing consistently under stress.

Grant's journey in sports and mental performance began early, competing at high levels across multiple sports before focusing on the mental game that makes champions. After earning his Master's degree in Sport Psychology, he discovered his true calling: helping athletes master the mental side of golf – where a single shot can change everything, and mental fortitude means the difference between breaking par and breaking down.

What sets Grant apart is his ability to translate complex mental performance concepts into practical, on-course strategies that work.
