Grant Parr, M.A. is a Mental Performance Coach who transforms athletes’ games from the inside out.
His specialized approach combines cutting-edge mental performance techniques with deep sport expertise to help competitors of all levels break through their mental barriers and perform at their peak.
With extensive experience in sports psychology, Grant has worked with athletes ranging from promising juniors to collegiate players and professionals. His proven methodology helps athletes master the most challenging aspects of competition: managing pressure, recovering from setbacks, and performing consistently under stress.
Grant's journey in sports and mental performance began early, competing at high levels across multiple disciplines before focusing on the mental game that makes champions. After earning his Master's degree in Sport Psychology, he discovered his true calling: helping athletes master the mental side of performance, where a single moment can change everything, and mental fortitude means the difference between thriving and breaking down.
What sets Grant apart is his ability to translate complex mental performance concepts into practical, in-game strategies that work. His approach helps athletes build lasting confidence and emotional control that serves them both in sport and in life, turning mental challenges into opportunities for growth.
