  About grant parr:

Grant Parr, M.A. is a Mental Performance Coach who works with athletes across ALL sports to unlock peak performance.

With over 15 years of experience in sports psychology, Grant specializes in helping athletes develop the mental toughness needed to excel at the highest levels of competition. His approach combines proven mental performance techniques with sport-specific strategies to help athletes overcome internal and external distractions while performing.

Grant has worked with athletes across numerous disciplines, from combat sports like boxing and MMA to team sports like soccer and basketball, to individual sports like track and swimming. Whether you’re competing at the youth, high school, collegiate, or professional level, Grant’s approach helps athletes at every level build the mental edge needed to consistently perform under pressure.

His approach focuses on connecting the mind and body to create an elite mindset - one that thrives under pressure, bounces back from setbacks, and maintains focus when it matters most. Grant believes that today’s athletes can’t afford to rely solely on physical talent. Developing mental toughness is what separates champions from competitors.

Working with Grant has helped me learn how to train my mind like an elite athlete, and he has been pivotal to my softball journey. He’s taught me ways to deal with external factors like failure and pressure, alongside my own internal struggles and emotions.
